The Truetell® for Business Leaders – Redefining Authentic Leadership

Human resource leaders know only too well how the power of authenticity and persuasion is paramount in communicating with employment candidates, employees and management.

One of (if not the most) fundamental parts of being a leader remains unanswered:  How does it FEEL and SOUNto be an AUTHENTIC leader?  What are those being spoken to really hearing?  And what does your VOICE have to do with it?

Key Takeaways

  1. Identification of vocal impact in conversations/presentations/interactions with employees and job candidates as well as with staff/management
  2. Adoption of quick/easy tools to find one’s authentic TrueTell ®, transcending multiple cultures and traditions
  3. Assignment of Accountability Partners to reinforce follow-through

Founder of The TrueTell ®, Dave Walsh’s career trajectory began as a television studio executive, then as a well-recognized national voiceover talent for radio, TV and film and, finally, as one of the most sought after vocal performance coaches.
