Privacy and Confidentiality in the Workplace

This presentation will help employers and HR professionals both understand workplace privacy rules and confidentiality mandates and then comply with them.

Attendees will learn practical tools to deal with these issues in three or more key aspects of

  • employment, including health and medical information;
  • personal identifying data,
  • Workplace monitoring and surveillance.

About Michael P O'Brien
