The SLSHRM Chapter values its partnerships with local colleges and universities and looks forward to networking and mentoring students interested in HR careers.

University students interested in joining SLSHRM, please review and confirm the eligibility requirements and join today!

Student Membership Requirements

You are currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program at a college or university as a full time undergraduate (12 or more credit hours) or graduate student (6 or more credit hours)

Students holding any form of a current SHRM professional, associate, retired, global, or general membership are NOT ELIGIBLE to convert to student membership until their next renewal cycle.

Students currently employed or working on a full time basis in a HR position are NOT ELIGIBLE

Your course work, taken or planned, supports an interest in Human Resource Management or related degree program (not a Certificate program).

Becoming a Student Member of SLSHRM

Become a student member of both National SHRM and Salt Lake SHRM with one membership fee of $49/year.
