Why Wellness Wins: Creating Value and Driving Results in the Workplace
We spend most of our waking hours at work—yet too often, the workplace is overlooked as a vital space for health, well-being, and personal growth. What if the workplace became more than just where we earn a living? The opportunity is powerful: workplaces can become centers of transformation and thriving.
This session inspires HR professionals and leaders to reimagine the workplace as a place of holistic wellness, engagement, and empowerment. Together, we’ll explore strategies, data-driven tools, and creative approaches that bridge work demands and the well-being your people need to flourish.
By the end, you'll feel energized and equipped to build a culture where well-being isn't an add-on or after thought—it’s the heartbeat driving productivity, retention, and organizational resilience.
Designing Work in the AI Era
After speaking at more than 50 conferences in 2025 about the impacts and realities of AI, Ryan Frederick has seen firsthand what drives success and what doesn't. As an AI investor and Principal of Transform Labs, a technology advisory that helps organizations navigate and leverage AI to improve performance, productivity, and customer value, Ryan brings a unique front-row perspective to this fast-moving evolution.
In this candid and practical session, Ryan separates the signal from the noise, exploring what's truly working in AI implementations across industries and where companies are falling short. From the common pitfalls that derail well-intentioned efforts to the design principles behind AI initiatives that create measurable value, Ryan shares the lessons that every leader needs to understand to make AI a competitive advantage rather than a costly experiment.
