Strategy and Talent 2025

The Presentation seeks to link leading talent to the strategy of the business. It will create interaction and solicit ideas from the group on hiring for short term needs as well as long term strategy.

About the speakers:

Jeanine Wilson, SPHR, SHRM-CMP has dedicated over 25 years to the field of Human Resources as an executive and consultant, working across diverse industries such as hospitality, finance, manufacturing, biotech, healthcare, and regulatory sectors. Her extensive business experience is complemented by her ownership of Corporate Talent Advisors, a full-service HR and training consultancy that specializes in helping individuals and organizations excel through tailored “people solutions”.

Jeanine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human & Organizational Development from Westminster College and a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Utah State University. She is also certified as an SPHR by HRCI and as an SCP by SHRM. For more than 15 years, Jeanine has been sharing her expertise by teaching HR certification courses.

In addition to her consultancy work, Jeanine has taught HR courses at the University of Utah, Utah State University, Westminster College, Weber State University, and Webster University. Her commitment to the HR profession is further demonstrated by her active involvement with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she has served in various chapter and state leadership roles.

Jeanine's philosophy centers on helping people and businesses grow and thrive, believing that the right HR practices can unlock potential and drive success. Through her work, she continues to make a significant impact on the Utah HR landscape, fostering environments where both individuals and organizations can achieve their fullest potential.

Bruce Boucher is currently the Director of the Professional Master of Human Resource program for Utah State University and is a Senior Lecturer in the graduate and undergraduate programs. He is also an active HR consultant and executive coach to several companies. Previous to his three-year sabbatical for the LDS Church, Bruce was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Extra Space Storage. During his 14 plus years, Extra Space went from a privately held company with 150 employees and 38 properties to a publicly-traded company with over 3,000 employees and 1,100 properties.

Bruce is also the President and Partner of Roos Advisors, a Business and HR Consulting Firm. He is a member of SHRM and has been asked to speak at several chapter events on HR issues. He is trained as a DiSC facilitator and in Predictive Index. He has also been a featured panelist at the annual BERSIN Learning and Development conference. He is bi-lingual and has presented to different international HR, Leadership, and Business groups. He currently teaches and consults on Leadership, Compensation, Learning and Development, Organizations, and HR Strategy.

Boucher has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in International Relations and a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Utah State University. For three years, he served as the President of the Puerto Rico San Juan Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints overseeing the Church’s efforts on Puerto Rico and 6 Caribbean islands.

Bruce and his wife, Becky, reside in Salt Lake City, Utah, and are the parents of 4 children and 8 AMAZING grandchildren.
