About the Speaker:
Heather Motogawa-MacDonald (she/her)
As a Principal Consultant for Workforce Transformation at Pluralsight, Heather is a strategic thought partner across a global portfolio of industry leading companies and academic institutions. Utilizing organizational psychology, systems change, science based leadership, and equity focused practices Heather collaborates with her clients to implement strategies that are sustainable, scalable, and adaptable.
Prior to joining Pluralsight, Heather was the VP of Strategy, Change, and Communications for Zions Bancorporation. Heather architected systems and strategies that addressed the needs, motivations, and barriers to the organization’s long term growth and success including the Women in Tech program, Workforce of the Future initiative, and employee recognition and engagement programs.
Additionally, Heather is a speaker, panelist, and workshop host for in-person and global audiences on leadership development, workforce transformation, change management, talent mobility, community building, and lifelong learning. She is also the founder of Contemplating Life's Choices providing coaching for mid-career women, mothers, and diverse folks who are over-thinkers, people pleasers, and perfectionists who want to break free of these self sabotaging habits and redefine their relationship with work.
She is currently a founding member of the Technology and Data Committee for the World Innovation and Change Management Institute and a co-leader of the mock interview Second Year Experience Program for the Center for Equity and Student Belonging at The University of Utah.
