She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics with an emphasis in Actuarial Science. Throughout her career, Lisa has contributed to both Fortune 500 companies and mid-to-large-sized enterprises with global workforces.

In addition to her corporate role, Lisa is the President and Founder of two businesses: Anchor of Hope, a 501(c)3 Grief Support Group, and Lisa Fife Coaching. As a certified business and mental health life coach, she dedicates her efforts to teaching and inspiring women and young girls, helping them reduce overwhelm and insecurities, and empowering them to pursue their ambitions and manage depression effectively. Lisa is certified in SafeTalk and QPR, demonstrating her commitment to mental health and supporting others.
