About the Speakers:

Latonya Howell is the Vice President of People & Culture for Tafi/Daz 3D, she offers executive-level leadership and strategic guidance to the organization's HR operations.  Latonya serves on the board of directors for the Salt Lake Chapter of SHRM and the Silicon Slopes Women in Leadership chapter. Latonya is the Founder of CoachHer Life LLC, a life coaching business that empowers women who have had difficult trauma to overcome mindset barriers and lead fulfilling personal and professional lives. She is a dedicated volunteer, serving in several capacities to mentor young men and women. She's also a wife, mother, published author, and artist. In her free time, she loves to read, watch reality TV shows, and cook delicious food.
