About the Speaker: Moana Fogg is a Senior Benefit Advisor for the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration. She has a Masters of Arts in Secondary Social Studies Education, and has a keen interest in labor rights, social justice, and public service. The mission of the Employee Benefits Security Administration is to assure the security of the retirement, health and other workplace related benefits of America’s workers and their families. In her role as a Senior Benefit Advisor, she advises participants of their rights, and how the law might apply to their situation. She also enjoys facilitating outreach to help employers understand their fiduciary responsibilities, enabling their employees to get the most out of their hard-earned benefits.
