About the Speakers:
Aanjel Clayton is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant renowned for her leadership development and public policy expertise. She has a strong background in several sectors, including healthcare, finance, and education, and is committed to creating inclusive environments where everyone can thrive. Currently, she works as a DEI Consultant at CHG Healthcare, where she is driven by her passion to create more equitable communities and workplaces.
Jason Myers is the director of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at CHG Healthcare. In his role, Jason leads a team of DEI professionals to ensure all employees at CHG are seen, heard, and valued. Before joining the DEI team, Jason was the senior manager of the employment brand at CHG, marketing CHG’s award-winning and inclusive culture. Prior to his tenure at CHG, Jason spent seven years at Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, where he established DEI as an organizational priority and led organizational culture initiatives. With 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience, Jason has also worked at organizations including the Utah Film Center, Thanksgiving Point, and the University of Utah. Jason is deeply involved in the community, serving as the Vice Chair of the Equality Utah Political Action Committee Board, and has participated on several other community boards. He received a Master of Public Administration from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in communication from Boston University. Jason lives in Millcreek with his husband, Brian, two kids, Sydney and Boston, and two dogs, Ellie and Frodo.
