About the Speakers:
Thomas Moore:
Tom has 10+ years, including in Big Law and the Big 4, assisting clients in connection with buy and sell side analysis of all employee benefits and compensation-related aspects of complex corporate transactions. Tom is experienced in helping all stakeholders understand and drive value in all HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and dispositions primarily dedicated to assisting HR leaders.
Tom focuses on identifying issues and providing solutions to complex HR and employee related risks using a holistic framework that includes both quantitative and qualitative analysis to factor in the compliance, cost, and the employee experience. He also has an extensive background in executive & equity compensation, securities law, and tax matters.

Taya Wallace: Taya Wallace is currently Director of Compensation for Megastar HR, where she partners with company executives and HR/people professionals to analyze and strategically implement compensation best practices. Taya has a Compensation Studies Certification from Cornell University and is also certified by the American Payroll Association as a Fundamental Payroll professional (FPC). She is passionate about refining compensation practices to ensure a company can maximize their competitive advantage, enabling cost-effective recruitment and retention of top talent through high-trust cultures.
Beca Mark: Beca Mark is the CEO and Founder of Megastar HR, an HR consulting and outsourcing firm located in Sandy, UT. She has worked in the HR industry for over 20 years, prior as the Vice President of HR for Brighton Hospice, Director of HR for Dynatronics, and Asst. HR Manager for Challenger Schools. Beca received a Master's in Public Administration with an emphasis in HR Management from Brigham Young University. She is passionate about leading teams and supporting companies changing the world for the better.
