Jeanine Wilson, SPHR, SHRM-CMP
Jeanine Wilson has dedicated over 25 years to the field of Human Resources as an executive and consultant, working across diverse industries such as hospitality, finance, manufacturing, biotech, healthcare, and regulatory sectors. Her extensive business experience is complemented by her ownership of Corporate Talent Advisors, a full-service HR and training consultancy that specializes in helping individuals and organizations excel through tailored “people solutions”.
Jeanine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human & Organizational Development from Westminster College and a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Utah State University. She is also certified as an SPHR by HRCI and as an SCP by SHRM. For more than 15 years, Jeanine has been sharing her expertise by teaching HR certification courses.
In addition to her consultancy work, Jeanine has taught HR courses at the University of Utah, Utah State University, Westminster College, Weber State University, and Webster University. Her commitment to the HR profession is further demonstrated by her active involvement with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she has served in various chapter and state leadership roles.
Jeanine's philosophy centers on helping people and businesses grow and thrive, believing that the right HR practices can unlock potential and drive success. Through her work, she continues to make a significant impact on the Utah HR landscape, fostering environments where both individuals and organizations can achieve their fullest potential.
Millie Christmann
Milly Christmann is a high-energy, operationally-oriented talent management leader with extensive expertise in human resources, sales management, service, and operations. She is recognized for collaborating with leaders to achieve their business goals by unleashing the power of an engaged workforce. By using process improvement, technology, and strong, impassioned people skills as well as by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, Ms. Christmann drives change that matters.
Currently, Milly is focused on optimizing People Productivity through her Business growth coaching business, geared to support small to medium-sized businesses where she is leveraging her Fortune 100 background to level the playing field for those business owners. Milly also provides career and executive coaching as well as transitional career coaching for larger firms.
In her corporate roles she has most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources for PFG, Vistar ($9B) in Denver, Colorado. During her tenure, she has been responsible for creating a three-year HR strategy which included an immediate focus on elevating HR talent and capability building along with M&A activity. She also oversaw the development of an engagement strategy that was adopted across the enterprise. Additionally, Ms. Christmann created the first corporate citizenship platform at PFG, Vistar, and forged a relationship with an antitrafficking group which was adopted across the enterprise. She has also led HR functions for The Coca-Cola Company, The Home Depot, and Sears, Roebuck and Company where she began her career. Industry agnostic, she has led teams in the start-up space in Cybersecurity as well as one of the largest architectural firms in California. She has also crossed over from HR into Sales, Operations and Supply Chain functions in equal amounts to round out her business acumen and ability to act as Trusted Advisor at an executive level.
Ms. Christmann received a bachelor’s in economics from the University of California at Irvine and her M.B.A. at Northern Illinois University. Her expertise is complimented by a SPHR designation as well as certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Master Facilitator through both Zenger-Miller and Herrmann Brain. She holds positions on the Board of Directors at L’Imprevu, a Paris-based organization, as well as the Denver-based Women’s Bean Project. Additionally, Ms. Christmann shares her vast expertise and background as a former Adjunct Professor in Organizational Development at Pepperdine University as well as a Guest Lecturer on International Marketing at Pepperdine, Graziadio School of Business and Management.
Milly and her husband, Ken, reside in their forever home in the rural beauty of Sedalia, CO and enjoy hiking, archery, fishing and their two hunting dogs Kobe and Tessie.
