About Sara Jones, President of InclusionPro®
Sara is the President of InclusionPro®. Her consulting firm creates transformative global diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies. InclusionPro strives for organizational alignment, honoring the journey of leaders and teams as they work together toward equitable outcomes.
Sara has advocated throughout her career for the benefits of greater diversity in our companies, boardrooms and circles of power. From patent attorney to CEO, Sara has 24 years of executive, business, technology, content, revenue, and legal strategy experience. She serves on the Utah State Workforce Development Board, Intermountain Healthcare Salt Lake Valley Hospitals Board, and National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Utah Chapter Board. Sara is a Founder of Women Tech Council (WTC), a national organization focused on the economic impact of women in driving high growth for the technology sector.
Jones’ recognitions include Distinguished Alumni University of Utah (2021), Utah Business Magazine CEO of the Year (2019), and Distinguished Alumni University of Utah College of Engineering (2017). Sara has a J.D. from Brigham Young University Law School and a B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Utah.
About Bob Coursey Esq SPHR SHRM-SCP
Bob has been an employment lawyer for over 20 years. He spent his first 10 years of practice at Fisher Phillips, one of the most respected employment law firms in the country, where he defended companies in employment-related litigation. He then spent 11 years at Employers Council, where he focused his practice on keeping employers out of trouble. In 2021, Bob started his own company—Modern Age Employment Law—where he counsels, represents, and trains employers who are looking for a modern approach to their employment law and HR challenges. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in English from George Mason University in Virginia in 1992. In 1998, he received his law degree, with honors, from Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, where he also served on the Law Review. Bob is licensed to practice law in Utah and Georgia. He’s also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
