About the Speaker:

Tim Keegan is a shareholder in the Salt Lake City and San Diego offices of the national employment law firm of Ogletree Deakins.  Tim’s practice focuses on the defense of employers against claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations.  Tim is also a member of the firm’s Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets Practice Group.

Tim’s extensive experience includes defending employers in trial in state and federal courts, in arbitration, and before the NLRB, the EEOC and state agencies.

Beyond Tim’s litigation practice, he also regularly counsels and assists employers on a wide array of matters, including disability accommodations and the interactive process, employee leaves of absence, employee handbooks and policies, and litigation avoidance.

Tim is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in California, Utah, and Idaho.
