Anna Marie Frachou, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

"Anna Agustina Marie Frachou (she/her/ella) is Co-founder of Augmented Talent Solutions and a consulting partner at Ontic Partners. Anna also serves as Head of Sales and Strategic Growth for Uplevyl, an AI tech platform that upskills and advance women closing gender disparities that exists in the workplace. Prior to these roles, Anna was responsible for developing new business across several global regions working for large multi-national organizations. Her experience includes growing startups, improving business processes, and talent acquisition and management. Anna has over 15 years of experience in leadership positions across the private and nonprofit sectors. Anna has consulted for local and national organizations such as Miami Dade College, The Lab Miami, Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and The Center for Leadership Innovation. Anna Frachou has been recognized for her leadership with awards such as the NFL's Hispanic Heritage Leadership Award. She continues to serve in the public sector by sitting on foundation and nonprofit boards. She is passionate about creating prosperous communities through business and leadership development.
