Robyn has over 15 years of Human Resources experience, and is currently the HR Manager for Petzl America, Inc. in Salt Lake City leading all aspects of HR as a department of one. She is passionate about being an advocate for employees, ensuring that their needs are met while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. In addition to being a resource for employees, she is also a valued partner to managers, offering guidance and support on all things HR. As a member of the leadership team, her deep understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and policy development, allows her to provide comprehensive HR solutions that align with the company’s goals.
