Christine Mosby
Christine Mosby is a senior employee benefits and health strategy leader with more than 15 years of experience in human resources and benefits leadership across banking, utilities, technology, local government, and nonprofit organizations. She currently serves as Vice President of Employee Benefits at HUB International, where she partners with employers to design and execute comprehensive, compliant, and forward-looking benefits strategies.
Her career spans both employer-side leadership and consulting environments, giving her a practical understanding of how benefits decisions impact organizations and employees alike. Christine is known for her ability to bring clarity to complex benefit landscapes and for helping organizations shift from treating benefits as an annual transaction to managing them as a long-term strategic investment—without losing sight of the human experience behind the data.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications and Organizational Development from the University of Utah and is an active member of SHRM, UAHU (Certified Self-Insured), and the Worldwide ERC. Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family, traveling (with a strong preference for tropical destinations), and working toward Level Seven Google Guide status—proof that even benefits professionals appreciate a well-mapped journey.
