Alisha Sykes, PHR

Alisha is a seasoned HR leader with a strong background in business administration and a passion for people-centered work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a PHR certification, combining strategic perspective with hands-on HR expertise in her role as Director of Human Resources at Granger Medical Clinic.

She leads all major HR functions—including recruiting, talent development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, and training—while focusing on building a supportive, engaging workplace where employees can thrive. Alisha is committed to aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals to strengthen performance, culture, and overall employee experience.

When she’s not working, you can usually find her spending time with her family, traveling, or enjoying Utah’s natural beauty through camping and outdoor adventures.
