Tony Thornley is a veteran HR leader with 16+ years of experience overseeing employee relations, risk management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and leave programs across multi-state and multi-entity organizations, including highly regulated environments like multi-family housing, transportation, healthcare and finance. He's done a little bit of everything HR but with an emphasis in HR policy development, risk management, employee relations, total rewards strategy, and HRIS implementation. He's been recognized for creating scalable HR frameworks that balance compliance excellence with employee engagement, operational efficiency, and a strong service culture.

Tony is also a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities in his personal and work life, influenced by his oldest son on the autism spectrum. He's also a massive geek, so be prepared to get an earful if you ask him about Star Wars or Spider-Man.
