Cari Reid

Cari Reid is an experienced Human Resources leader specializing in benefits strategy, employee and labor relations, and workplace investigations within the manufacturing industry. As Director of Human Resources for a local construction manufacturing company, she built the organization’s HR department from the ground up, implementing programs that support both employees and business growth.

Cari began her HR career as a part-time assistant.  She advanced over 14 years to become the third highest-ranking HR professional at a national food manufacturing company, where she helped establish HR programs at branches across the country. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources from Western Governors University (WGU) and is passionate about building strong workplace cultures and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
