What started as a search for the right business/career trajectory, turned into getting a degree in HR from UVU. I've been in HR for close to 10 years now and don't have any plans to change paths. Creating high performing HR teams is my passion, ensuring that business and C-Suite understand the gravity around all things HR, principally the people first mentality. People build businesses, without them you can't fully execute on strategy, because the people build the strategy! I've touched every aspect of HR, getting my start in Recruiting, Learning and Development, Safety, Employee Relations, Federal Reporting, you name it. I aspire to create a deep knowledge across all disciplines of HR. Anytime an employee needs a straight answer, I will give it to them, even when that answer is "I can't divulge that information".
