Beth Floyd

Beth is an accomplished Human Resources leader with a strong background in strategic HR management and workforce planning. Since 2018, Beth has worked across diverse industries to drive people-centered initiatives and align HR practices with business goals.

Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Brigham Young University and a Master’s in Human Resources from Utah State University. Beth is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds the PHRca certification.

Beth previously served on the SHRM board as Director of the SHRM Foundation and is excited to serve again as a SHRM ambassador.
