Corinne Saliba

Corinne Saliba is a two-time graduate of Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, There she earned a BA in Human Resource Management and an MBA with an HR concentration, beginning her SHRM involvement as President of her student chapter.

Corinne joined RC Willey Home Furnishings as an HR Manager in June 2024, where she spearheads talent management initiatives and supports corporate and store employees as a strategic HR business partner. Prior to RC Willey, she played a key role in launching an HR Consulting Division for an HCM company in her home state of Ohio.

Since relocating to Salt Lake City in 2022, Corinne has been building connections within the local HR community and is passionate about continued education in human resources. She is also a dog lover, especially her rescues, Rosie and Julep, and frequently volunteers with the Humane Society.
