Danielle Young, SHRM-SCP

Danielle is a Sr. HR Manager at Deseret First Credit Union, and is coming up on 20 years with the company, with over 13 of those being in HR.  She graduated in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Utah, and happened upon the opportunity to explore HR by fortunate chance, finding herself in what was truly meant for her.  Her passion lies in being a supportive touchpoint for employee relations, encouraging self-care, and showing up as her genuine self to create a comfortable space for others to do the same.  She likes to focus more on finding joy, purpose, and learning experiences in every process than on actual outcomes.
