Originally from the East Coast, I recently celebrated one year in the Salt Lake City area. Prior to relocating, I held several prominent benefits leadership roles in the Greater New York City area, including positions at IBM, AIG, Synchrony Financial, and McKinsey & Company. During the pandemic, while working 100% remotely, my family and I moved to Vermont for 2.5 years to enjoy the outdoors. Following the "return to work" mandate, we decided to move across the country to the beautiful mountains of Utah. Since arriving, I have embraced skiing, hiking, and participating in SL-SHRM learning and networking opportunities!

One of my greatest achievements as a leader is mentoring and coaching junior team members.
