I'm a longtime outdoor industry professional with 25+ years of experience leading retail business operations. After a rewarding first career on the front lines—growing teams, driving performance, and building strong customer experiences—I made a purposeful shift into Human Resources as my “second act.” I’m passionate about helping people grow and creating the kind of systems and processes that help organizations scale and thrive. These days, I focus on blending practical business insight with thoughtful HR strategy to support healthy, values-driven cultures where both people and performance can flourish.

Apart from work, I am world traveling, restoring a 130+ year old house in downtown SLC, and tending to 3 separate gardens. My husband and I have a 26 year old son who we are currently trying to woo back to Utah from the midwest where he went to school.
