Krystal Davis

Krystal Davis is a strategic and people-centered human resources leader dedicated to building inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace cultures. As the Director of Human Resources at Nexus IT, she leads initiatives that strengthen employee experience, develop career pathways, and support organizational growth. In 2025, her work helped drive significant internal mobility, with 36% of team members achieving career advancement opportunities through intentional development and talent planning efforts.

Krystal plays a key role in employee development and organizational effectiveness, helping design and deliver learning programs, facilitate quarterly compliance training, and lead engagement initiatives that achieved a 92% participation rate in 2025—contributing to stronger retention, higher engagement, and more effective people practices. She has also enhanced recruitment processes to strengthen the organization’s talent pipeline and improve candidate experience.

Krystal holds the SHRM-CP credential and earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from the University of Utah. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Human Resource Management at Western Governors University. In addition to her professional role, she serves as an Ambassador Team Lead for Salt Lake SHRM, where she helps guide ambassador engagement and support the growth of the local HR community.
