Tracee Buhler, PHR

Tracee has nearly 20 years’ experience in Human Resources management in a variety of industries including Medical Device, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and most recently Global Mining Technology.  She has a broad range of experience in talent management; succession planning; organizational development; domestic and international acquisitions; employee relations; benefits and compensation; and legal compliance spanning not only states but also extending into meeting regulatory compliance across several countries. 

Unique to her experience, Tracee has worked alongside leadership in 2 domestic and 2 international mergers, incorporating employees of all affected companies into the acquiring organizations with steadfast adherence to all applicable employment  and immigration laws across both domestic and country requirements. 

Most recently, Tracee was the Human Resources Manager for North America, encompassing the United States, Canada, and Mexico for IMDEX Limited.

A California native, Tracee also has a working knowledge of California employment law. 

Outside of work, Tracee enjoys hiking, skiing and traveling. 

She currently serves as VP of Public Relations for ToastMasters.
