She has worked alongside leadership in 2 domestic and 2 international mergers, incorporating employees of all affected companies into the acquiring organizations with steadfast adherence to all applicable employment and immigration laws across domestic and country requirements. Tracee spent 7+ years working with California based companies and has a working knowledge of California employment law. Tracee also holds a PHR certification.
