Megan Boehm

Megan Boehm is a seasoned Human Resources executive with over 17 years of progressive leadership experience across diverse industries, including technology, food industry, and finance. As the Executive Director of Human Resources, she oversees strategic HR functions, including organizational development, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and executive coaching.

Throughout her career, Megan has led transformative HR initiatives that align human capital strategy with business goals, driving measurable improvements in performance, culture, and retention. Known for a collaborative leadership style and a strong commitment to innovation and ethical leadership, Megan has successfully guided companies through complex organizational change and rapid growth.

Prior to her current role, Megan held leadership positions as HR Director, HR Manager, and HR Business Partners, where she built and scaled HR functions, introduced forward-thinking talent strategies, and championed employee-centric programs that enhanced productivity and satisfaction.

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Southern Utah University along with professional certifications such as PHR and Executive Women’s Leadership. Passionate about mentorship and leadership development, she actively contributes to professional HR networks and speaks on topics ranging from inclusive leadership to strategic workforce design.

Megan has enjoyed being as an Ambassador for the SL SHRM for 2025 and getting to know new members of our great society.
