Human Resources Professional/HR Manager

 

Young company, private equity funded, and growing rapidly, looking to identify HR Professional to create a new human resources department.  Will report directly to CFO.  50-75 employees, company 8 years old, nationally known B2B company and highly respected.  This is an in-house position, convenient location just off I-215: Ft Union Blvd/1300 East, SLC, UT.  Will be part of the senior management team and therefore need someone who is experienced in creating processes and procedures for a new HR office.  Must be experienced with:

  • Compliance with state and federal employment laws
  • All HR duties
  • Employee relations
  • Payroll oversight
  • Employees locally and nationally from corporate office, SLC, UT
  • Processes and procedures
  • Training and development
  • Recruitment/onboard/exit
  • Employee engagement and strong culture building

BS degree required.  In-office position (no remote).

$70k-$95k base, bonus, benefits.  Local candidates only.
