Jennifer Cannaday, Director of Public Policy at Regence is the principal Regence-wide leader and coordinator of public policy initiatives. She coordinates public policy issues in Regence markets and is responsible for strategic development and implementation of and day to day management of the public policy program. She joined the company in 1997 and has a health policy background from previous positions held with the U.S. Surgeon General’s Office, the Utah Department of Health and Utah Attorney General’s Office Health Division.
 
She represents the company in national trade industry organizations and is past president of the Utah Health Insurance Association and currently chairs their political action committee. She is an active member of the Salt Lake Area Chamber of Commerce government affairs committees and serves on the Board of Trustees for the American Heart Association and Pioneer Theater Company. She holds a B.A. in political science and J.D. from the University of Utah.

Chet Loftis is the Director of Public Policy and Government Relations at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah. He has been involved in health care and public policy for over 15 years in various roles, including legal counsel to the Utah Legislature, Vice-President of Government Relations and General Counsel for the Utah Medical Association, and Shareholder with the Salt Lake law firm of Kirton & McConkie.  Chet is a graduate of the J. Reuben Clark Law School and earned his Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Marriott School of Management.
